The Little Things

Roger and I were talking about how adults seem to forget how cool small, everyday things can be. It's been so fun to experience the "little" exciting things over again with our boys. Last week, the boys and I were able to visit Daddy at the hospital in the middle of the day. Barrett spotted an escalator, and he got so excited! He wanted to ride on it right away, and Roger was happy to oblige (even riding it a second and third time--going up and then straight back down). I guess we had forgotten how amazing an escalator can be! :)
